Who we are

DIAD is a guru-rich Wide Area Network and Circuit provider that specializes in keeping our clients ahead of the ever evolving curve, by installing and managing state-of-the-art wide area networks.

We are a profitable, privately held, female-owned company, founded in 2011 by visionaries who hired the most qualified innovators in network technology.

We deliver reliable, secure and flexible wide area networks employing our own backbone, in combination with the best broadband available. We are very proud of our innovative work with both the traditional MPLS private network, our secure SD-WAN private networks over broadband, and the combination of public and private circuits, referred to as a hybrid network.

• Listen - We listen diligently to understand what the client's goals are, and to grasp what the client expects the process entails.
  
  
• Analyze - We thorougly analyze all options to determine the best method of implementation to accomplish the client's goals, anticipating changes to the present environment that may be necessary and assessing their cost.
  
  
• Dialogue - We present our findings and explain options and/or alternatives that we feel will work best. We make sure that the customer is aware of any differences that may exist between our proposal and what was originally anticipated. Only when the customer has complete clarity about which approach to select, do we proceed.
  
  
• Deliver - We deliver the agreed-upon solution on time and within budget.
