DIAD sell services and as such there are no physical Items to ship or to return. DIAD sells all the Services on the Web for a specific period of time. The Customer can discontinue service by providing notice any time prior to the commencement of reissuing services. If the customer wishes to engage in a contract with a term, the arrangements are made offline and the payment and delivery are no longer done via this WEB site. If the Service provided is defective or if the service is not delivered in a timely manner the customer will receive a full refund.
